Order Processing

Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before your parcel is shipped. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide to supported destinations. Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Import Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States and Europe, applicable import duties are covered by NusaScent where included in our shipping arrangement. For destinations outside the United States and Europe, any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived as expected, please contact NusaScent as soon as possible. We will assist with checking the shipment and coordinating with the carrier where appropriate.
