Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence at NusaScent. Please review the following return conditions before sending an item back.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed condition. We cannot accept perfumes that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or have a broken or removed seal.

Requesting a Return

Please contact NusaScent before returning any item. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Do not send a return without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect Items

If we send you the wrong item, please contact NusaScent and provide clear supporting evidence, such as photos of the item received, packaging, and shipping label. Once verified, NusaScent will take responsibility for resolving the issue, including applicable return shipping or replacement arrangements.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item arrives at our designated return address and has been inspected. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error by NusaScent.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and the standard return policy will apply.
